Lucas vergleicht diese Vorgehensweise gerne mit der Produktion von Anime-Serienliteratur.<\/p>\n<p>Carsten Steenbergen ist den Lesern des Genres ja bereits durch Steamtown bekannt, Lucas Edel war vor einiger Zeit verantwortlich f\u00fcr \u00a0die &#8222;erste deutschsprachige Clockpunk-Anthologie &#8211; Uhrwerk Venedig&#8220;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Agnosia, Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Mitten im Meer zwischen den Ufern zweier ehemals verfeindeter Nationen ist auf den R\u00fcmpfen der stillgelegten Kriegsflotten eine Stadt entstanden. Hier herrschen die alten G\u00f6tter \u00fcber ihr Reich. Hades, Zeus und Hera beobachten und lenken das Treiben ihrer Menschen auf dieser neuen Welt. Der Krieg der Familien Gifford und Abercrombie ist vorbei und in der Stadt Agnosia beginnen sich die alten Unterschiede in den verfeindeten Philosophien zu verw\u00e4ssern. In dieser sich schnell entwickelnden Welt treffen &#8222;Die Maschinenlauscher&#8220; auf die &#8222;Duoteisten&#8220;, die einen verehren die Maschine, die anderen den Menschen. Unterschiedlicher kann eine Lebensauffassung nicht sein.
